Introduction
============

This documentation and corresponding repository accompany the paper
*"Insertional mutagenesis identifies drivers of a novel oncogenic pathway in
invasive lobular breast carcinoma"*, which describes the use of a Sleeping
Beauty mutagenesis screen mice to identify novel drivers of Invasive Lobular
Carcinoma (ILC), the second most common subtype of human breast cancer.

The repository_ provides the files and code needed to reproduce the
computational analyses used in the paper. For an overview of how to setup
the used environment and download/generate the initial datasets, see
:ref:`getting-started`. For the actual analyses and corresponding results
(Figures/Tables), see :ref:`analysis-notebooks`.
